Craig, our southwest morning and central evening boot camp coach, is a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He's earned additional certifications from ISSA and ACSM in Personal Training for Performance Athletics. He also holds an advanced belt in American Karate and is currently training for a national tournament.

Craig has trained athletes, gymnasts, and weekend warriors that all are dedicated to changing their lives and increasing strength, stamina, and performance.

"After working for the 'fitness industry,' I realized that people were not being given the tools to live healthy and productive lives outside of the gym.Trainers were not giving real personal attention to those struggling with health and fitness issues, nor were they educated well enough to help those that were serious athletes. This was why I left the gym industry and started working with individuals that are focused on personal health and performance -- not just athletes, but every day people that wanted to do MORE."


Keeping people motivated, and teaching them a fitness lifestyle based on good eating habits, and functional conditioning for power, strength, and flexibility has been the major force in Craig's life. He owes it all to God and thanks him daily for the blessings he receives.

In addition to coaching and motivating boot camp participants, Craig runs a non-profit corporation and travels as an international evangelist. Craig is happily married and is blessed with two beautiful children.

Stephanie McDonald, a NASM and NESTA certified personal trainer, has motivated and inspired hundreds of men and women over the last three years. She has made it her personal mission to be an exceptional role model and continually encourages her clients to lead a fit and healthy lifestyle. She has over 17 years of fitness experience, and she is incredibly passionate about it. In 2006, she was voted "One of Austin's Fittest" by Austin Fit Magazine.

As the founder of Austin Adventure Boot Camp , Stephanie finds daily inspiration from her clients and their successes. Austin Adventure Boot Camp, Austin's premiere outdoor fitness program for men and women, trains over 150 clients a month and was voted "Best Fitness Classes 2006" by the readers of the Austin Chronicle and listed on Austin Citysearch's top ten for "Best Personal Trainers" in 2006 and 2007. Helping her clients achieve their personal fitness goals is what keeps Stephanie motivated.

This motivation carries over into the gym as she works hard to earn her Pro card in the IFBB (International Federation of Body Building). Stephanie is currently a top-ranked national level NPC (National Physique Committee) figure competitor and will be traveling across the country this summer to compete. Her passion for health and fitness continues to influence and shape her personal life as well as the lives of her clients.
